Earth remembers, you can too.

You’re probably here because you’re building a new way of relating to your emotional world.

Carved white bird in flight inside a black circle — symbol of emotional emergence and threshold transitions

You’re a systems thinker who secretly talks to the trees. You’ve tried immersing yourself in therapy of every sort and are feeling spiritually overfed but soul-starved. Because of this, you’re annoyed that soul-starvation is the only thing that makes sense at this point.

“But what’s the cure? Is there a cure? I’m tirrrrrred of seeking a cure!”

I can’t say there is a cure. I can let you know that it’s highly likely you could benefit from space holding, tools and reverence to integrate emotions that have emerged along your healing process.

You might think you are alone with how deeply you feel and that maybe your final shift should be to toughen up. You can. You will. But that’s not the final destination.

You’re holding grief that no one has words for and standing in one of those messy middles through a life transition. When most say to let go and move on, I say wait—there is a deeper knowing here.

You’ve landed at an uberly safe space.

Soul starvation and soul injuries may have altered your path, but they’ve also led you back home. To you.

Welcome.

This is where Earth speaks in thresholds.

The Remembering — Our Living Ethos

We are the remembering. In the silence, we hear the soul song of Earth.

I’m a pattern-seeker, a rhythm-listener, and a devoted student of the subtle. Through Rebuilding Roots and Earth Diaries, I aim to cultivate spaces where Earth stewardship becomes a shared, lived experience—transcending disciplines and identities.

My work seeks to bridge insights from various traditions, fostering a deeper connection between people and the planet.

I’m a Resilience Teacher, but not in the traditional sense. I don’t claim ownership of the wisdom—only deep respect for it. I teach through listening, patterning, and remembering alongside others, in reverence to Earth and those who have long remembered what I’m just beginning to return to.

By documenting stories, practices, and reflections, I aspire to stir a collective remembrance of our intrinsic bond with Earth. Together, we can nurture a culture of care, resilience, and reciprocity, honoring the wisdom of those who have long understood that to heal Earth is to heal ourselves.

With honor and reverence to all those who have come before me, may this work serve as a bridge between past, present, and future generations.

For now, I am the voice behind these words. But this is a remembering far bigger than me.

It belongs to us.

Sunia Shift One-on-One

A 90-Minute Personal Session with Bailee Buckendorf. These are for the woman in a big threshold moment after deep disappointment or an unexpected, destabilizing change.

This is not therapy nor a typical coaching session. This is nuanced, deep-listening integration work. These sessions are rooted in emotional emergence, intuitive mapping, and resilience rhythm work—a process of deepening your relationship with impermanence and rewilding the painful muck that keeps you stuck.

Where contemplation becomes soul medicine.

Earth Diaries is a space for contemplation through reflective writing—a place to sit with the deeper questions that surface during major life transitions, polarity, motherhood, entrepreneurship, ultrarunning, and feminine leadership.

Pssst. To get anywhere in life, we need a tenacious spirit. Sometimes we need gentleness. Other times we need to put our shit-kickers on and use the rage from the pain as the purifying fuel for our rebuilding after devastation.

Nature reclaims anything that doesn’t persist—allowing us the chance to become the sculptors of our lives by reclaiming and rewilding ourselves in the most beautiful and abundantly rooted way.

“Bailee is a master at creating space for unfiltered feeling and healing.”
